Justin Timberlake appeared on Ellen to promote his new album, but mostly he just gushed about wife Jessica Biel.
Justin Timberlake talked life, love and The 20/20 Experience during his appearance on Ellen last night.
The talk show host snuck up on Timberlake with questions about Jessica Biel, whom Timberlake married last year. But Justin couldn’t have come up with a more perfect answer to induce a collective “aww” from the audience. When asked what the best thing about marrying Biel was, the actor/singer said: "Every once in a while I can catch a glimpse of her when she doesn't see me looking and I have this moment when I'm like, 'If you never make a good decision, if you only make bad decisions for the rest of your life, you made one really good decision,'" he said. "It's nice to marry your friend, it's nice to marry your best friend. It suits me."
And if that’s not the cutest thing you’ve heard or seen, the next bit should do it. Ellen gifted Timberlake with a framed photo of him gazing lovingly into her eyes on his last visit to the show. That’s not Jessica’s eyes. It’s Ellen’s. The studio audience erupted with laughter at that point, but Justin said, in his most serious tone possible, that the still would fit nicely in the empty space above his bed. Well, as long as it’s cool with his wife…
