Bieber, who jetted off to Panama's Nitro City with Usher and other members of his team after being released from a Miami jail, has to travel back to his native Canada to face an assault charge on a limo driver.

The incident occurred when, himself, and his entourage were attending a Toronto Maple Leafs game on Dec 29th. They are all being investigated for apparently physically harming their limo driver after the game and Bieber is expected to be officially charged when he returns to the city, according to CBC News.

In the meantime, one of Justin's attorney's has reportedly filed a written plea stating that the 'Love Me' singer pleads not guilty to the DUI charge, on Wednesday (Jan 29th) in Miami-Dade County. He was charged with resisting arrest without violence, drag racing, three charges of DUI and driving without a valid license.

It has been a disastrous time for Bieber as of late, and some American citizens have had enough of his reckless escapades. A petition has emerged online asking President Barack Obama to deport the 'Baby' singer.
