British actor Joseph Fiennes skipped the honeymoon after his August (09) wedding - because he had to squeeze the nuptials in between his busy work schedule.
The Shakespeare In Love star, 39, married Swiss model, Maria Dolores Dieguez, 27, in Tuscany, Italy over the summer (09).
But his filming schedule for new U.S. show FlashForward was so tight, he was only allowed a couple of days off to fly to Europe for the wedding.
He tells Britain's Now magazine, "Trying to get married as two foreigners in a very strict Catholic country isn't easy. I was trying to organise it with Maria and also preparing for FlashForward. While I was filming episode four or five, I flew back, got married and came straight back to work. It's been exhilarating, but exhausting."
