Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer was involved in a bike crash, causing him to lose a bit of skin, reports USA Today.

Partaking in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday (September 16th) was supposed to be a leisurely, money-raising event for the 47-year-old actor, but it ended in tears as Cryer lost control of his bike, culminating in some nasty flesh wounds after he skidded along the ground. Not nice. "You know how cyclists wear the leotard that offers zero protection? I used that to break my fall," Cryer told TMZ today. He added: "I've left a lot of my skin on the Pacific Coast Highway.” If that wasn’t bad enough, the CBS man was awarded with a parking ticket as he left the doctor’s surgery that treated the wounds. Serves him right for participating in the Stand Up to Cancer organization.

Cryer will be hoping for a different type of award, as he is nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his role in "Two and a Half Men." He previously won a Best Supporting Actor Emmy for the same role. The comedy, which also stars Ashton Kutcher begins its 10th season on Sept. 27. Get well soon Jon!
