John Travolta has proven that he is not guilty of sexually assaulting a masseur in Los Angeles with flight records from January 15, 2012. The data shows that Travolta's jet took off from Los Angeles International Airport and landed in Westchester County, New York the following day, reports Tmz.com.
The masseur had claimed that Travolta had sexually assaulted him at the Beverly Hilton at 10am on January 16, 2012, just six hours after the actor had landed in New York. Travolta also stayed at The Greenwich Hotel in New York City on the 16th and had pictures taken for his forthcoming movie. The photos clearly show the tiled floor and marble walls of the luxury Greenwich hotel. Later that evening, the actor visited the Mr Chow restaurant in New York City and left a hefty $100 tip. It is reported that the actor's attorney Marty Singer is looking to sue the accuser and his lawyer for filing a lawsuit without foundation. Singer - described as a legal "pit bull" - has represented the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis - in high profile cases.
John Travolta will soon begin work on the crime-drama 'Gotti: In The Shadow of My Father', with AL PACINO.
