Actress Jodie Sweetin Has Asked A Judge To Grant Her Final Say Over Where Her Youngest Child Is Schooled After Failing To Reach An Agreement With Her Estranged Husband Morty Coyle.
The former Full House star shares custody of four-year-old Beatrix with musician Coyle, but they cannot agree on where their daughter should start kindergarten.
Sweetin wants the kid to attend the same California school as her seven-year-old half-sister Zoie, from the actress' marriage to second husband Cody Herpin, but Coyle is objecting as he would prefer Beatrix to enrol at a school closer to his home.
Sweetin has now filed legal papers asking a judge to step in and allow her to make the decision about her child's schooling future, according to TMZ.com.
The actress separated from Coyle in 2013 after just 15 months of marriage.
