The video of Clarkson assembling a DHL box has received better reviews from fans than the new series of ‘Top Gear’.
Jeremy Clarkson’s new Amazon Prime series which will rival ‘Top Gear’ hasn't even premiered yet, but the host has found another way of stealing the spotlight from Chris Evans. On Twitter Clarkson has shared a video of himself trying to assemble a cardboard DHL box, which according to fans was more entertaining to watch than the new ‘Top Gear’.

Clarkson and his co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May videoed themselves taking the ‘DHL Challenge’ where, after some difficulty, Clarkson assembled the box in just over three minutes. In less than 24 hours the video had received more than 607,000 views and how has over 1,000 retweets and 4,400 favourites.
Of course fans were quick to compare it to ‘Top Gear’, which has suffered from bad reviews since Clarkson, Hammond and May left the show and Chris Evans took over. ‘I'd rather watch this into eternity than watch the new Top Gear,’ wrote one tweeter. Another added: ‘That 3min film was more interesting and fun than the whole of #TopGear and #extragear!!’
Clarkson, Hammond and May will be back to doing what they do best (looking at cars) later this year, when their new series ‘The Grand Tour’ premieres on Amazon Prime in the autumn. It’s set to begin shooting next month, with the boys headed to Johannesburg where they will film in front of a live studio audience.
