Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s blossoming romance heated up over the weekend when the pair vacationed in the Bahamas together.

The two were first rumoured to be dating earlier this month, following Lopez’s split from rapper Drake.

But according to reports they're both just looking for a ‘good light-hearted time’. Still, it didn't stop J.Lo sharing then deleting a pic of the pair together on Instagram, Sunday

According to E! News the couple arrived in the Bahamas on Friday evening, via a private jet from Miami. They then travelled to the super-exclusive Bakers Bay Golf & Ocean Club on Great Guana Cay in the Abaco islands, where they’re said to have stayed in a private seafront villa.

On Sunday Lopez posted a pic of herself cozying up to her new man on Instagram, where they looked to be in bed together. However she seemed to quickly regret the post and the photo was then quickly deleted.

Speaking about J.Lo and A-Rod’s relationship to E! News last week, an insider said: "This is very, very new. It’s not serious at all. J. Lo is just dating. Jennifer and Alex are both not looking for a relationship, just a good light-hearted time. They are on the exact same page.”

Lopez and Rodriguez are said to have crossed paths in February, when the former baseball player attended one of the singer’s shows during her residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Rodriguez is also said to have been spending time with Lopez in Miami where she is recording her Spanish language album.
