Jennifer Lawrence really is the nicest actress in Hollywood. The Hunger Games star spent her Christmas Eve bringing a smile to the faces of some sick children who wouldn't be making it home for the holidays, when she paid a visit to the Kosair Children's Hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

J-Law seems to be making her trip to Kosair an annual tradition when she returns home for the holidays, after she visited the same children's hospital last year.

After her 2013 visit the hospital thanked the actress tweeting, "Thank you for visiting the kids yesterday. We know it meant a lot to them and brightened their day."

While the hospital are yet to released any details about their star visit this year, many children have posted photos on twitter and instagram posing with the Oscar winner.

Lawrence can also been seen in a video, taken at the hospital, where she crouches down to pose for a group photo and jokingly asks, “Does it look like I’m like pooping?”

The Hunger Games star is no stranger to helping out sick and needy children. When she was growing up, Lawrence’s parents ran a children's summer day camp where she used to help out as an assistance nurse.

Speaking about the experience to the Los Angeles Times in 2010, the actress said it was now "impossible to shock me or gross me out.”
