The Latin pop star purchased the estate in 2009 for $3.3 million (£2 million) and spent her spare time turning it into her dream home, spending a further $500,000 (£312,500) to add her personal touch to the house.

However, three years on from Rivera's tragic death, her relatives have chosen to offload the space, reports TMZ.com.

Rivera was just 43 when she was killed in a plane crash in Mexico on 9 December, 2012.
