Beyoncé and her hip-hop mogul husband Jay Z are the next artists to be added to the list of performers at the Grammy Awards later this month. Their appearance was confirmed by a commercial, which aired on Sunday (Jan 19th), where CBS announced music's power couple will be taking the stage.

Us Weekly also adds more confirmation as sources told the mag that the rumors are indeed true.

Little information about their live set has been released and it is up for speculation which tracks they will play. Will the pair perform solo material or a mix of their several collaborations?

Over the year's Beyoncé and Jay Z have partnered for some memorable tracks, including '03 Bonnie & Clyde' (2002), 'Crazy In Love' (2003), 'Déjà Vu' (2006) and most recently, 'Drunk In Love' (2013), a song off the 32 year-olds self-titled hugely successful album.

'Part II (On The Run)', another track off Beyoncé's 5th studio album, which Jay Z guest raps on, is nominated for 'Best/Rap Sung Collaboration at the award ceremony.

Undoubtedly, the 2014 Grammys is expected to be a huge night for music with other artists such as, Taylor Swift, Lorde, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Katy Perry, Daft Punk, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar are also expected to perform live.

Daft Punk also fined themselves in an intriguing collaboration, the French duo will partner with soul-singing legend Stevie Wonder, as well as Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodger.

This will be Daft Punk's first live performance since 'Random Access Memories' was released and their first televised performance in 5 years, since collaborating with Kanye West in 2008.

Paul McCartney will reunite with former Beatles band mate Ringo Starr on the night as well, the pair will take the stage together to be honored with the 2014 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of all four of the boys from Liverpool.

The 56th annual Grammy Awards will air live on CBS at 8pm on January 26th.
