Jaime Pressly has pleaded not guilty to two driving under The Influence (DUI) charges.

The 'My Name Is Earl' star - who was arrested last month after police performed a sobriety test when they pulled her over for allegedly committing a traffic violation - has entered a plea of not guilty through her attorney Richard Hutton at a Los Angeles courtroom today (04.02.11).

After first being pulled over by police on January 5, the 33-year-old actress reportedly registered a blood alcohol level of .22, which is more than three times the legal limit for driving.

If found guilty, it is believed Jaime could face up to six months behind bars.

Just last month, the star filed for divorce from her husband of 16 months - entertainment lawyer Simran Singh - at the Los Angeles Superior Court and is now said to be concerned about how the split will affect her three-year-old son Dezi James, whose father is her former fiance DJ Eric Calvo.

An insider recently revealed: "I think it comes down to she married the guy too fast. He seemed like a good guy but he is super full of himself and puts her down for everything. He picks fights with her for any little thing.

"She doesn't want to confuse Dezi. Her baby is her top priority. She's a strong girl though and she will come out of this fine."
