Jack Osbourne has sold his condo in Los Angeles for $1.12 million.
The TV star paid $960,000 for the Hollywood property in 2008 and had only listed it for a short time before he found a buyer.
The two-bedroom apartment is located in a nine story building in and comes with a rooftop pool from which you can see the entire skyline of Hollywood and the city's famous landmarks such as the Capitol Records building.
Although he has sold his condo, Jack still lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lisa and their 19-month-old daughter Pearl.
The 28-year-old star has had more joy in the property market than his parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne who have had to rent out their Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles for $50,000-a-month as it has failed to sell for $13 million after a year on the market.
The couple decided it would be more lucrative to rent out the property - which they purchased for $12.4 million five years ago - which features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and could be ideal for a showbiz star as it is situated in a gated community.
However, Ozzy and Sharon - who have three children together, Aimee, 28, Kelly, 27, and Jack - did manage to sell their Malibu beach house for $7.95 million in March.
