A man accused of harassing fashion designer and reality Tv star Ivanka Trump has been arrested in Florida for allegedly violating the terms of a protection order filed against him.
John Enabnit had been ordered to stay away from property tycoon Donald Trump's daughter in February (13) after she spotted him lurking around her New York home and around her places of business, but he reportedly followed her to Florida and attempted to get in touch with her by sneaking into a golf tournament in Doral, where she was making an appearance.
He was taken into custody on Sunday (10Mar13) and is being held on $5,000 (£3,125) bail, according to the New York Daily News.
Local police chief Richard Blom says, "Enabnit freely told our detectives that he was at the golf course trying to contact Ivanka Trump. After the arrest, we contacted New York district attorney's office to inform them of the incident because the man had violated a restraining order."
