The news was revealed at a private Nordoff Robbins charity gala in London on Monday (23Mar15).

In a statement, read at the event, the band said, "We're extremely proud to receive the O2 Silver Clef Award and be part of the 40th anniversary event celebrating this wonderful achievement."

This year's Nordoff Robbins Silver Clef awards will be handed out at a luncheon at London's Grosvenor House Hotel in July (15). Opera group Il Divo will also pick up the PPL Classical Award at the event.
