Since news broke that Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch has seen footage of an alleged sex tape involving Iggy Azalea and an ex-boyfriend, the rapper's representatives have adamantly denied she ever made an X-rated film, and they are now threatening the porn company with legal action.

They are apparently well within their rights to as well, according to TMZ, if Vivid decide to release the tape and use her stage name I-G-G-Y, they will be sued because this is trademarked and can only be used by her.

As for if the tape actually exists, the Australian rapper's lawyers have seemed to change their tune since last week. Firstly, her legal team claimed the whole saga was completely false, but then they stated that if the tape does exist she will only be a minor.

However, the ex-boyfriend, Houston-based rapper Hefe Wine, confirmed to TMZ Live on Friday (Sept 12th) that the tape is real, Iggy was 18 years-old at the time and she was "100% fully aware" that their sexual acts were being filmed.

"I don't have a sex tape but for the record," she tweeted. "Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender."

"It honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women, and I really hope that America will follow Europe and their laws to better protect people's privacy and fundamental rights," she added. "On that note, I'm off to get a manicure. peaaaaccceeeeeee outtttttt *drops the mic.*"
