There's been ups and downs, but Ultra Music Festival turned out another year of unforgettable musical energy.
Ultra Music Festival turned out to be a bit of a rollercoaster of a weekend for everyone this year but, as usual, it's been three days of some of the most explosive electronic acts of our generation.
It was a terribly disappointing moment for festival goers (and, indeed, viewers; those who were viewing it live online) when it was announced that Saturday's main stage headliner Avicii would not make it to Miami for his set after being hospitalised earlier in the week for an emergency operation. However, that initial fan frustration was greatly eased by the arrival of Deadmau5, who took the Swedish DJ's place to much delightful surprise. Further entertainment came with some eagerly anticipated headline sets from Tiesto and Hardwell on the Friday and Sunday respectively.

The rapper's comeback album loses out only to Justin Timberlake.
Eminem's eagerly awaited album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, is one of the highest ranking albums of the year when it comes to debut sales. Since its release last week, the rapper's new album has been catapulted straight to number one in the charts, reports Billboard.
Eminem Has Righteously Fought Back His 'Rap God' Crown.
Released on the 5th November, MMLP2 has seen sizeable sales of 792,000 copies, exceeding speculative forecasts, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Eminem's impressive return has still fallen shy of Justin Timberlake's March effort, The 20/20 Experience Part 1 with its astonishing 968,000 sales. However, Eminem knocked previous second place holder Drake and his Nothing Was The Same from its lofty perch of 658,000 sales.

Brilliant, just brilliant.
Cookie Monster, everyone's favourite cookie-loving, blue furred hedonist, has dropped the song and video for his latest track, 'Me Want It' (But Me Wait)' - cover of Swedish duo Icona Pop's recent hit 'I Love It.' The video sees the member of the Sesame Street gang practising self-restraint in front of a big bowl of chocolate chip cookies.
"But now me know something//Self-control is something me must learn," he sings, "Me want it! But me wait." Seemingly, the track is being used to promote moderation and self-restraint where food is concerned, as America sees the number of overweight children rise in its obesity epidemic.

Jay-Z scored his first UK No.1 with Magna Carta Holy Grail.
Incredibly, Jay-Z has landed his first ever UK number one album, with Magna Carta Holy Grail storming the chart and holding off Mumford & Sons and Rod Stewart. The rapper's previous highest-charting album was the 2011 collaborate effort with Kanye West, Watch the Throne, which entered at No.3.
Holy Grail managed to hold off Mumford & Sons' Babel despite a surge in sales following the group's triumphant headlining show at the Glastonbury Festival. Jay-Z also comfortably outsold Rod Stewart's number-one album Time. Passenger took the third spot with All The Little Light, with Canadian crooner Michael Buble dropped two places to No.4 with To Be Loved.
Jay-Z has been performing in the UK this weekend, headlining the second night of the Wireless music festival at the Queen Elizabeth Park on the former Olympics site. "I feel the love tonight," Jay-Z, 43, told the crowd, "You've been an incredible audience tonight." The rapper - still one of the biggest hip-hop acts in the world - was joined by Timberlake during the encore for a rendition of Holy Grail.
