The hip hop show of the year.
Ice Cube said he had some tricks up his sleeve for Coachella 2016, but no-one was expecting all this. The rapper managed to reunite with all surviving NWA members, including Dr Dre, on stage at the festival in Indio, California as well as introduce some very special additional guests.
NWA are reunited at Coachella 2016
Say what you like about rappers, but there's a tight bond between stars in the hip hop world - be it a bond of beef or a bond of brotherhood, and Ice Cube was certainly displaying the latter at Coachella's second weekend.
While the first weekend saw him bring on NWA's MC Ren and DJ Yella, as well as Common and Snoop Dogg, he was missing his main man Dr Dre. But second weekend goers weren't left disappointed when Cube yelled 'Is there a doctor in the motherf***ing house?' Dre joined the team after Cube, Ren and Yella finished a performance of 'Straight Outta Compton'.

Not only that, but Cube also invited the son of late Eazy-E, named Lil Eazy-E, up for a rendition of pops' debut single 'Boyz-n-the-Hood' and closed the set with Kendrick Lamar doing his 'To Pimp a Butterfly' hit 'Alright'. Plus, we also got a glimpse of Westside Connection's WC doing 'Why We Thugs' and The Game doing 'Don't Trip'.
'I've got some tricks up my sleeves', Ice Cube told Rolling Stone ahead of the festival. 'I'm gonna try to bring the members of N.W.A together. Give everybody a little history lesson on Ice Cube and N.W.A, West Side Connection, everything I've been doing over the years.'
And what a history lesson it was; Ice Cube certainly still knows how to rock a live show. You can catch him at a handful of other festivals this year too including Ohio's Bunbury; Parklife in Manchester, UK; Wild Life in Brighton; and Afropunk Festival in New York, among others.
