Review of All I Ever Wanted Single by Human League

3. Human League All I Ever Wanted (12" - (Papillon) )
The current resurgence of all things eighties is not about to bypass the music scene. First there was Depeche Mode and now wedge kings, the Human League, return with their first single in five years. In that time the band dont appear to have changed much, infact All I Ever Wanted sounds like it could have been created way back when the Human League were a chart topping act.

They proudly quote Moby as one of their disciples (he apparently hailed them as the inspiration for the launch of his career in music) and if you were a fan first time round this is sure to please. However, most of those who are too young to be able to gaze at the trio through nostalgic rose-tinted spectacles are more likely to wish theyd stuck out their retirement like all self -respecting aged popstars should.
