Th concert series is titled 'From New York, with Love' and will take place at the iconic music venue in New York City throughout 2025.
The 'Deadpool and Wolverine' star took to Instagram to share an announcement video, which featured his Marvel co-star Ryan.
In the video on the 55-year-old star's Instagram, he says to Ryan: "Hey Ryan, you want come to one of my live performances at Radio City Music Hall?"
Ryan replied: "What, you're gonna be like singing and dancing and joking live? Am I gonna be in it?"
The 'X-Men' star then jokingly told Ryan that he would be part of the show, while silently indicating the Deadpool actor won't be involved.
Ryan quipped: "I'm not going to be in it?"
But Hugh replied: "On stage, no. But in my heart, yeah,"
Hugh - who has also performed in numerous musicals over the course of his career - plans to perform songs from stage productions and movies throughout his career, including numbers from 'The Boy from Oz', 'The Greatest Showman' and 'The Music Man'.
The 12-concert series kicks off the weekend of Jan. 24, 2025 and continues through weekends in April, May, June, and July of 2025 with two final shows being held on August 15 and 16 of next year as well.
When Hugh - who split from his wife Deborra-lee Furness last year - shared the concert poster on his Instagram, he captioned it with: "Oh what a beautiful day."
Tickets go on pre-sale on Tuesday (15.10.24) at 10am ET which fans can register for, while tickets are available to the general public starting next Friday (18.10.24).
