Gwyneth Paltrow has spectacularly opened up about her personal life by revealing how she'd deal with infidelity; simply put, she'd forgive and forget!

The 'Iron Man' actress has always been rather open about her home life; less so than many celebrities, but she still loves to divulge. This time, the star has told Refinery29 that, should the problem of cheating arise in her marriage with Coldplay singer Chris Martin, she'd be sure to work it out in whatever way she could.

"I think that if the idea of being committed to someone is important to you, you begin to value certain parts of your social life over another," she explained. "No couple is the same, and as such, every couple takes on different challenges. I would like to think that I would be forgiving and/or forgiven, but I can't give an honest answer as I haven't really experienced that."

The statement was made in an interview about her new movie Thanks For Sharing which deals with the troubles and heartbreaks of sex addiction in its most clinical form and what affects it can have on a committed relationship.

"I'm an extremely open-minded person, so I think if it was something I knew I was getting myself into, I wouldn't let it deter me from exploring the relationship," was her opinion on being in a relationship with somebody of that affliction.

Like she says, it may or may not be the case if she does have to suffer a betrayal in her marriage, but we're hoping that she truly isn't speaking from experience!
