A judge confirmed their divorce back on April 8th, and details of the settlement have reached the public domain via TMZ.
Gwen Stefani’s divorce from her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale has been finalised by a judge: and the details of the settlement have made their way into the media spotlight. Unsurprisingly, they’re somewhat favourable toward the former No Doubt singer.
The former couple parted ways in August 2015 after 13 years of marriage and three children together, after Rossdale reportedly cheated on her with their nanny Mindy Mann. They filed court documents in Los Angeles back on April 8th detailing the division of their assets, according to TMZ.

Each party will keep complete control of their respective musical rights – Rossdale of his music with Bush, and Stefani over her solo material and that of No Doubt. Rossdale was entitled to go after 50% of those rights, considering his ex-wife’s music will generate a lot more income than his own, but he has presumably chosen to keep things amicable in order to get access to his children.
Neither party will received child or spousal support, and they agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their three sons – Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2.
In addition, Stefani is keeping 100% control over her successful fashion lines L.A.M.B. and Harajaku Lovers, with 25% of the profits of the former diverted to a trust, presumably for their children.

As for real estate, Stefani has reportedly surrendered any rights over their four properties in Europe, but is set to get 50% of the proceeds of the sale of their former family home in Beverly Hills as well maintaining full control over their two other California properties.
Stefani is now in a relationship with country music star Blake Shelton, whom she met soon after her split with Rossdale and worked with on the most recent series of ‘The Voice’. She's set to begin a three-month tour of the U.S. in support of her new album This Is What The Truth Feels Like in July.
