Gordon Ramsay's financial woes look set to worsen - the British chef is facing a lawsuit from a garbage disposal company over allegations he failed to pay for his rubbish to be collected.
The food guru has seen his international business empire plunged into financial turmoil in recent months after his restaurants were hit hard by the global economic downturn.
Ramsay has pumped $8 million (£5 million) of his own money into the company, but he's faced mounting tax demands and allegations of unpaid bills from a number of suppliers.
The financial outlook for Ramsay's firm is looking even more gloomy after executives at refuse collection company Daniello Carting Co. filed suit against the star, alleging he has failed to pay the bill for garbage which was removed from outside his New York eaterie.
The legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, state the chef owes $24,766 (£16,511) for collections made from his Manhattan restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at The London.
