Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is facing legal action from his former accountants over an allegedly unpaid $75,000 (£46,875) bill for their services.

The fiery Brit and his business partners are accused of having "breached their contractual obligations by failing to make payment", according to a lawsuit filed by executives at Marks Paneth & Shore in New York's Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday (08Apr13).

The charges, which the cook and Hell's Kitchen reality star has reportedly not refuted, are said to relate to consulting, accounting and tax services performed on Ramsay's behalf before September, 2009.

It's the latest legal headache for Ramsay - he's also being sued by his father-in-law amid claims the chef owes him a "significant unpaid debt".
