Fact: Ghostbusters actress Kate McKinnon is helping to resurrect animated kids show The Magic School Bus by starring in the planned Netflix revamp. The comedienne will voice teacher Fiona Frizzle in The Magic School Bus Rides Again, with her character serving as the sister to the original Ms. Valerie Frizzle, featured in the educational series in the 1990s, reports People.com. The cartoon classic was based on the books of the same name by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen.

Fact: Restored and remastered versions of Ghostbusters and Forrest Gump are to be re-released in North American movie theatres later this year (14) to mark the 30th and 20th anniversaries of the films. Ghostbusters was released this weekend (06-08Jun) in 1984.
Fact: The classic Ghostbusters theme is to be re-released on 10-inch glow-in-the-dark vinyl on Record Store Day in the U.S. One thousand copies of Ray Parker, Jr.'s hit will be released for the 19 April (14) event to mark the film's 30th anniversary. The release comes just weeks after Parker, Jr. unveiled his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
