Actor Gary Busey Hits Woman With Car In Parking Lot, Woman Sustains Minor Injuries

Actor Gary Busey reportedly hit a woman with his car whilst reversing in a Malibu car park on Friday (13th February). The incident reportedly occurred around 3pm at a supermarket off the Pacific Coast Highway, according to reports in TMZ. The unnamed woman sustained minor injuries but was treated at the scene and released soon after.

According to reports in TMZ, Busey was backing out of a parking space at the Pavilions supermarket when the woman crossed behind him. Busey reportedly did not see the woman who was knocked to the ground by Busey's car. The woman sustained minor injuries and was treated by paramedics at the scene.

Video footage obtained by the entertainment website shows the woman seated in the car park and receiving treatment from paramedics. Busey is also at the scene. In the video, Busey appears to be calmly co-operating with the paramedics and police at the scene and the woman appears in no great distress.

70-year-old Busey is best known for his roles in such films as The Buddy Holly Story, Point Break and Under Siege. His most recent television appearances include competing in Celebrity Big Brother in September 2014.

Busey is not the only celebrity to have been involved in a car accident in Malibu recently. Bruce Jenner survived a car crash last Saturday (7th February) which left one person dead and at least five people injured. Jenner was unharmed in the accident.
