Finn Jones and the rest of the cast and crew behind 'Marvel's Iron Fist' are in for some big celebrations.
When the reviews for Marvel's 'Iron Fist' came out earlier this year, fans of the comic book property and those that have enjoyed predecessors 'Daredevil', 'Jessica Jones' and 'Luke Cage' on Netflix were shocked to see the hugely negative reaction to the fourth instalment in the collaborative series.

Now sitting with a score of 17% on review aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes, with verified critics on the platform giving 44 'rotten' reviews and just nine 'fresh', many didn't hold out much hope for an exciting and engaging story when the show hit the streaming platform for all to see. Consumers seemed to enjoy what they got however, with 81% of the audience saying they liked the show and an average rating of the series sitting at just over four out of five.
It's been proven this weekend that the enthusiasm for the show didn't waver because of the reviews however, as the series' premiere became the most-binged drama premiere of the year so far for Netflix.

A report from Variety using data from research firm 7Park Data, says that the show's first episode had a binge score of 46.9%, thanks to 54.7% of the show's streams on the premiere dates of three or more episodes.
The series also accounted for 14.6% of all collective Netflix streams on the premiere date of March 17; the highest percentage of any series premiere measured by 7Park.
Telling the story of Danny Rand (Finn Jones); the heir to a massive business empire who fights crime under the guise of martial arts expert Iron Fist, the series is based on the Marvel comic book character of the same name. Scott Buck serves as showrunner, with Jessica Henwick, Tom Pelphrey and Jessica Strop also starring.
Marvel's 'Iron Fist' is available on Netflix now alongside 'Daredevil' seasons 1-2, 'Jessica Jones' season 1 and 'Luke Cage' season 1. Marvel's 'The Defenders' will hit the service later this year.
