Star Wars: The Clone Wars - The Lost Mission - Battle With Darth Sidious Clip

With the Jedi order stretched thin across the galaxy, a new threat has emerged from within to destroy them once and for all. With the creation of a Clone Army to combat the rising Separatist problem, the Galactic Republic is struggling to keep hold of the various planets in the galaxy and stop them from falling into Separatist hands. The Jedi have led the Clone Army for years, ever since the Battle of Geonosis,and the beginning of the Clone War. But as more and more of the supposed 'peace keepers' fall in the field, it becomes clear that there is a secret plot to destroy the Jedi Order, from their oldest and most dangerous enemy: The Sith.

Following the acquisition of Lucasarts by Disney, the 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' series that aired on Cartoon Network was cancelled. This was because Disney wished to focus more on the creation of the 'Star Wars' sequel trilogy and spin offs, as well as 'Star Wars: Rebels'. The unreleased, yet completed, episodes from sixth season of 'The Clone Wars' are to be released on DVD and Blu-ray as 'The Lost Missions'. The season is due to be released on 11th November, 2014.
