Kirk Kettner doesn't lead the most exciting life, stuck in a dead end job as an airport security guard, his main short-term goal is to try and win back his ex-girlfriend who's lost all interest in Kirk and his static life. Enter Molly Eve, when running for a plane Molly leaves her mobile phone at Kirk's security station, when she phones her number Kirk picks up and he promises to keep hold of her phone until she returns from her trip. Molly's so grateful to Kirk she takes him out on a date. To keep the girl Kirk follows the advice of friends and family but that threatens to ruin their relationship. How can a boy keep the girl who's totally out of his league?
