Famous across the globe with sell-out shows in hundreds of cities around every continent except Antarctica and well-known for its use of live music, original storylines and lack of stage hands, the Canada-based circus company presents a breath-taking selection of a variety of acts perfect in their precision, artistic and innovative. According to executive producer and general manager Jacques Methe, 'Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away' brings the spectator 'beyond what they could see at a show' with a unique view of the performances close up and in detail. '[The film] allows the audience to discover the artistic details of our productions and reveal the human spirit that our artists bring to the audience in their performances,' he says. The film is set to engross audiences in cinemas during the winter of next year (2013). It goes without question that the show will be a massive hit and definitely worth the wait.
