Actress Eva Mendes fears Hollywood thinks she'll make a terrible mum - because the two times she has played mothers on film, her characters have been a mess.
The lovely Latina played a mum in her first big film, Training Day, and she has just shot an indie movie in which she's an awful mother to "a perfect angel".
She tells WENN, "It's a wonderful little coming of age story about me and this little girl. I'm her very messed up mother and she is my little perfect angel who starts rebelling against me because I'm a mess; a very flawed character.
"I played a mum in my first big film Training Day; I was 25. I played a messed up mum there too. I've only played a mum twice... and both times they've been messed up mothers, so I don't know what that says about me."
