Savoy head bartender Tom Walker quizzes Ellie Goulding on her tour highlights, her new album and her upcoming Bacardi Triangle gig as he teaches her how to make a Cuba Libre cocktail on a sunny Bermuda Triangle island.
'I'm definitely a lot more grown up I think and a lot more worldly', Ellie insists. 'I've met so many people and seen so many things that it would be impossible, I think, for my album to not be moved on from the stuff that I've written about before.' She admits that her band are known for putting on some great shows, and so attendees at the Bacardi Triangle gig with Calvin Harris and Kendrick Lamar may include a brand new cover or even a collaboration.
