The actors, who play husband and wife in upcoming Hank Williams biopic I Saw the Light, were first rumoured to have embarked on an off-screen relationship in May (15), and now it appears there is some truth to the dating speculation after they were photographed walking arm-in-arm following a recent lunch outing in Oxford.

Representatives for Olsen and 34-year-old Hiddleston, who have each also appeared in the Avengers movies, have yet to comment on the reports.

Olsen, 26, was previously engaged to actor Boyd Holbrook, but they called off their engagement in January (15).
