Other arrivals at the Met Gala were fashion designer Tabitha Simmons, fashion icon and heiress Coco Brandolini D'Adda, American Vogue editor-at-large Hamish Bowles, fashion editor Giovanna Battaglia and Victoria's Secret Angel Karolina Kurkova whose angular, midnight blue dress was a stand-out outfit, particularly when it caused her many problems as she tried to get into her car.
