British Singer Ed Sheeran Is Reuniting With Sons Of Anarchy Creator Kurt Sutter After Landing A Recurring Role In His New Drama.
The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker recently spoke about scoring his first acting gig, but did not reveal details about the project.
It has now emerged he will appear in The B**tard Executioner, a series about a 14th-century warrior who gives up fighting to become an executioner after divine intervention.
Sheeran will play Sir Cormac, a protege of a church elder in the series, which is currently shooting in the U.K.
Sheeran and Sutter first worked together on Sons of Anarchy when the singer recorded a cover of Foy Vance's Make It Rain for the penultimate episode of the popular series.
He will join True Blood's Stephen Moyer and Sons of Anarchy's Katey Sagal in the new show, which is set to launch later this year (15).
