Duncan James reminisces about his holidays every time he listens to The Eagles' tracks.

The 38-year-old musician - who is known for making up one quarter of the boyband Blue alongside Antony Costa, Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe - has admitted whenever he listens to the groups 1973 hit single 'Tequila Sunrise' he is instantly transported to days he has whiled away sitting by the pool admiring his surroundings.

He shared the news on Twitter, he wrote: ''Listening to the Eagles and reminds me of sitting by my 'hotel' pool looking up at the palm trees in a place I love...but where!? (sic).''

And the fair-haired hunk has also taken to social media to urge supporters to vote for the popular television show 'Hollyoaks', which sees him play the role of Ryan Knight in the soap, for a National Television Award (NTA) in the Best Serial Drama prize.

And 'Hollyoaks' will go head to head with BBC programme 'EastEnders', 'Coronation Street' and 'Emmerdale' for the prestigious accolade.

He wrote: '' Vote line still open for @OfficialNTAs ! Keep voting for all things @Hollyoaks please http://nationaltvawards.com (sic).''

Rhe results for the 22nd NTAs will be announced on Wednesday (25.01.17) at London's The O2.
