With 'Views From the 6' due by the end of April, Drizzy unleashed two taster tracks from the new album.
The Canadian rap superhero shared two new tracks on Tuesday afternoon (April 5th), the first called ‘One Dance’ featuring Wizkid and Kyla, and the second called ‘Pop Style’ featuring The Throne. This last collaborator is a pseudonym for Jay Z and Kanye West, who made a collaboration album back in 2011 called Watch The Throne.

He announced both new releases on Twitter, using the hashtag ‘#VIEWS’ on both occasions. Both can be purchased from iTunes now. This is in addition to the summer tour of North America he announced just a few weeks ago.
The announcement comes just a few weeks after Drizzy surprised fans and industry insiders at South By South West festival in Austin, Texas with an OVO showcase set. He didn’t actually play any new songs during the set, he told the crowd “Views From the 6 coming in how many weeks I hope you enjoy that s***.”
His new record has been in the works since 2014, with the ‘6’ referring to his hometown of Toronto. He wrongfooted fans at the start of last year by releasing a surprise mixtape, called If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and which became the first album of 2015 to go platinum, instead of the anticipated album.
From that point, he’s released the massive hit single of last summer ‘Hotline Bling’, and a collaboration album with Future called What A Time To Be Alive, as well as two diss tracks slamming his rival Meek Mill. Everything but a new album, in essence, but fans shouldn't have much longer to wait.
