Prince Michael is allegedly not interested in bonding with his birth mother.

The 16-year-old son of the late 'Thriller' icon has no desire to forge a bond with his mother, Debbie Rowe, despite his 15-year-old sister Paris growing increasingly close to her over the last two months, TMZ is reporting.

Although the budding presenter has no real issues with Debbie - who was married to Michael from 1996 to 1999 - or her ''strong bond'' with Paris, he is simply not interested in getting to know her at present.

The King of Pop was given full custody of his two children in 1999, while publicity-shy Debbie got an $8 million settlement and a house in Beverly Hills.

Debbie later reached an agreement with Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson - who became the children's legal guardian following his death in June 2009 - which allowed her rights to supervised visitations.

She is now hoping to build a relationship with Prince Michael after waiting for years renew contact with her kids to make sure it didn't feel forced.

Paris and Debbie have been secretly meeting up in recent weeks, and the pair even spent Paris' 15th birthday together.

An insider commented: ''The two just hung out. They've gotten really tight.''

Meanwhile, Prince - who also has a younger brother Blanket, 11 - is focusing on the other lady in his life, Kuwaiti Princess Remi Alfalah, who he has treated to a series of romantic dates.
