Fact: The final episode of beloved long-running crime show Poirot pulled in 5.2 million viewers when it aired in the U.K. on Wednesday (13Nov13). David Suchet has played Agatha Christie's super sleuth on Tv since 1989.
Fact: POIROT actor David Suchet has been awarded the freedom of the City of London honour. The unusual accolade, which dates back to the 13th century, means the 62-year-old and his wife can now drive sheep over London Bridge and openly carry a sword in public.
