Earlier this year (15), Jamie Kuntz, 22, pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanour stalking after showing up at homes belonging to the film studio magnate and record label chief.

He was sentenced to two years probation, psychological counselling, and was banned from contacting Geffen for 10 years, but Kuntz was back in police custody on Thursday (04Nov15) after he was arrested at the billionaire's home in New York City.

Police were called to the scene after they were alerted to Kuntz's presence by Geffen's security team, and he was arrested on suspicion of violating the restraining order, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
