British rapper Dappy appealed for calm at Scotland's T In The Park festival on Saturday (07Jul12) after audience members began pelting him with cups.
The N-Dubz star took to the stage for his slot at the annual event, but his set descended into chaos when the crowd turned on him.
Dappy narrowly avoided injury as a cup flew past him and local newspaper the Daily Record reports he told the perpetrator, "You could have iced my head. I've got kids man."
The rapper's show wasn't the only chaotic set at the festival - Kaiser Chiefs star Ricky Wilson jumped into the audience but had to be helped out by security guards as the crowd grabbed at him.
The Stone Roses headlined the main stage on Saturday night (07Jul12), following performances from acts including Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Jessie J and The Vaccines, and the The View's bassist Kieren Webster spoke of his excitement at seeing the reunited rockers.
He declared, "We're hanging around for the Stone Roses today. Can't believe I'm gonna get to see them. I think it's gonna be amazing. I was there when their first album came out. I got it when I was 13 - my mate got me it as a Valentine's present. I never thought I'd get to see them in my lifetime, it didn't look like they were ever getting back together, did it?"
