The official title and cast for Bond 24 will be announced in a live event on Thursday December 4. Filmed at the 007 Stage at Pinewood Studios, the stream at will begin at 11am and includes a photo call with the new cast as they prepare to begin production on the follow-up to Skyfall.

James BondDaniel Craig's last Bond movie, Skyfall, is now the biggest grossing British movie of all time

Principal photography will kick off on Monday 8 December with rumors and speculation reaching fever pitch as to where Sam Mendes and the team will take Bond's story after the huge success of Skyfall.

We're expecting Blue is the Warmest Colour's Lea Seydoux to be named as the latest Bond girl, while speculation suggests two-time Oscar winner Christoph Waltz will play the primary villain, reprising the classic character Ernst Stavro Blofeld. It is likely that Eon Productions will announce Watlz as playing a character named Franz Oberhauser, the son the late Hans Oberhauser and a ski instructor who once acted as a father figure to Bond, however, senior sources tell the Daily Mail that it is a double bluff.

"Christoph Waltz is playing Blofeld in the next Bond film," said an insider, "The tone of the 007 films has changed significantly in recent years and the producers have changed the character to fit in with the new-look 007."

Elsewhere, we're pretty sure that the Austrian town of Obertilliach is a primary shooting location (which fits with the whole ski instructor thing), while a car chase is being set up for Rome, as well as a sequence in Morocco.

Naomie Harris will return as Moneypenny, Ralph Fiennes reprises his role as spymaster M and Ben Whishaw is Q. Of course, Daniel Craig is back for his fourth outing as Bond.
