Daft Punk's latest album Random Access Memories has swiftly become the best-selling vinyl album in the history of Amazon.com.

The online retailer launched in 1999 and bosses published its all-time top 20 chart of vinyl sales on Friday (13Sep13), revealing the French duo's 2013 album tops the rundown less than four months after its release.

It has outsold favourites including Adele's 21, which is in second place, and Back to Black by Amy Winehouse in third.

The top five is rounded out by David Bowie's 2013 comeback album The Next Day, and The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd.
