“Public service announcement, kids. Do not ride motor vehicles without license plates," he added. "Sorry, we just bought the bikes. Forgot about the license plate. Yeah. So. We're handling the situation as is. But the police are really nice about it, man. I actually like the police out here. They're cool as s--t. For real."

In a friend’s video shared by Brown he was also heard saying: "You gotta pay a fine if you don't have no f--king tags.” After paying the fine Brown shared a photo of himself smiling and posing with police.

However TMZ reports that the rapper may have over-indulged a little before being stopped by police. According to the gossip site Brown was ‘stoned’ when he was pulled over by police but he was somehow ‘able to charm his way’ out of a more serious DUI charge.
