Another day goes by and another woman is reportedly attacked by Chris Brown; it's the same old story that we're all too familiar with nowadays as it is such a regular occurrence, with Brown this time being accused of violently shoving a female fan at an Anaheim, California nightclub.

Brown has continually denied the charges that he assaulted 24-year-old fan Deanna Gines at the Anaheim club Heat Ultra Lounge on Saturday (June 23) and it looks as though he may have an ally in his defence case in the shape of Heat's owner. The owner, who didn't give their name, spoke to TMZ on Monday (June 24) to plead Chris' case, saying that he did no wrong and never came into direct contact with Gines, despite her best efforts to do so. The owner said that Gines repeatedly tried to climb on stage during Chris' performance and also tried to rush him in his VIP booth, but was stopped each time by security.

The owner said, "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."

The owner of the club went on to say that Gines was eventually thrown out of the club because of her erratic behaviour and even threw her heels at the security team as she was being escorted from the premises. Police were called to arrest Gimes, but in the end she was allowed to go home with a friend. The owner went on to say that if Gines sustained any injuries then it is solely her fault for being so unstable.
