'Chelsea Lately' star Chelsea Handler makes a speech at the BookExpo America talking about her new book. 'This year I'm gonna release my fifth book which is called 'Uganda Be Kidding Me' and it is about all of my trials and tribulations travelling as a pompous American in places I have no business being in', she explains.
'I've had an incredible experience and been very fortunate in the book community and in the TV community. where I've been to some spectacular places.' She is also snapped posing next to other authors including 'She's Come Undone' writer Wally Lamb.
