Charlize Theron can't understand why boyfriend Stuart Townsend loves her feet - because she's convinced they're the ugliest things about her.

The actress is a former ballerina who danced with the JOFFREY BALLET, and her feet still bear the scars of the past.

She says, "I've had 14 broken toes and blood poisoning from infected blisters that didn't heal for six months. If you look closely, you can see the scars.

"My boyfriend says my feet are the best things about me. I don't know how to feel about that."
