Charlie Sheen's most recent bizarre incident at a Los Angeles dentist has resulted in him being handed a lawsuit for sexual battery by the dental technician who was meant to treat him for an abscess last week.

TMZ reports, the suit has been filed by Margarita Palestino, who claims that the 49-year-old actor took off his nitrous oxide mask, jumped out of the chair and yelled "I'm going to f---ing kill you!"

Palestino also alleges that Sheen grabbed her breast, pulled at her scrubs and tried to pull her bra strap down, before lunging at her with a knife and began stabbing the chair. The 'Anger Management' actor's assistant reportedly offered her $500 after the incident, and was told by his personal bodyguard that he was under the influence of "rock cocaine."

So far Sheen has stayed silent over the matter, but his rep Marty Singer was quick to slam Palestino's false claims. "This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit," he said in a statement.

The controversial star's publicist Jeff Ballard, has also publically stated no knife nor illegal substances were involved in the incident and Sheen just simply had a negative reaction to the drugs been administered.

"Charlie had a shoulder injury that started back from his days playing baseball," Ballard told People magazine. "He had some issue with it and was on some meds for that and then he had an abscess in his tooth that was bothering him. He went to a dentist and was given some gas, and apparently had a bad reaction to it because of the meds he was taking for his shoulder. It was just a bad interaction [of drugs] ... There was no knife and illegal substances involved."
