Charlie Sheen is continuing to support Lindsay Lohan after giving her $100,000 (£62,500) to pay a tax bill - he offered to pay a top stylist to dress the troubled actress for the glitzy amfAr gala earlier this month (Feb13).

The former Two And A Half Men actor asked renowned style guru Phillip Bloch to help Lohan look her best when she walked the red carpet at the star-studded Aids charity event, which kicked off New York Fashion Week.

Bloch admits he was shocked Sheen volunteered to pay for half the cost of his services, telling UsMagazine.com, "Never in a business like this do you see a celebrity pay for another celebrity. He's very considerate."

Lohan attended the bash in a beaded gown by Theia.

Sheen, who met the Mean Girls actress on the set of Scary Movie 5, gave her a helping hand last year (12) when he wrote her a $100,000 cheque to settle her hefty debts with America's Internal Revenue Service.
