Chantelle Houghton is determined to stop her daughter waking her up at 5am.
The 29-year-old reality TV star has baby Dolly with her ex-fiancé Alex Reid - who she split from last year - and the tot is
waking up a lot earlier than usual because of the great summer weather the UK is currently experiencing.
Chantelle has got some advice from a sleep expert for what she can do to get Dolly to lay in for longer.
Writing in her new! magazine column, she revealed: ''Dolly has been waking up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 5am because of the sunlight coming through her window. I thought, 'This can't carry on!' I'm used to getting up at 7am, but I can't lose another two hours of sleep!
''I asked the baby sleep expert Jo Tantum for advice and she said to go into her room, put her back down and pat her to sleep. Thankfully, it worked.''
